Delivery Times
United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 24
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — a next day delivery service available 7 days a week including Sundays in most areas. Orders are typically delivered the next working day after dispatch. Delivery includes photo confirmation and SMS or email notification on arrival.
International — Royal Mail International Tracked
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 5–14 working days depending on destination. Customs or import inspections can occasionally cause delays beyond our control — please use your tracking details to monitor your order.

Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the system.

Germany
We do not currently ship tinctures, extracts or herbs to Germany. We apologise for any inconvenience — if you are based in Germany and have questions about what we can ship to you, please get in touch before ordering.
Hapé & Mapacho — EU Customers
Hapé and Mapacho products may be subject to stops or possible seizures at EU customs. We ship these products to EU countries but cannot guarantee delivery in all cases. Please be aware of this before ordering and ensure these products are permitted in your country.
Customs & Import Regulations
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure all items in your order are legal and permitted in your destination country. In the unlikely event of a customs seizure, we are not responsible for packages seized or destroyed due to customs regulations. We do not offer refunds on orders held or seized by customs authorities.

Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. For consumable products we do not offer refunds as standard. Shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
