Refund policy

Return / Cancellation Policy
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive customers can return goods /ask for a refund without any cause within 14 days. This does not apply to the following exceptions: plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs.

Return Policy
If for any reason you wish not to receive the package, simply refuse it when  delivers it. Tell them to return it to the sender. If your package is already delivered, do NOT ship it back until we have provided instructions how to do so. We will refund the order value (minus shipping cost) once we receive the parcel back. 

Being Returned
If for any reason your parcel is being returned to us, we will wait until we have received the parcel back, before we can offer any kind of compensation.

Refunding Returned Orders
When in transit for extended periods of time, dried plant products can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully credit returned orders. Credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not credit shipping costs. A returned order will be credited to your customer account once we have received the parcel back with us.
